Reconstruction & Energy Upgrade of the Administration Building

Our company undertook and successfully completed the construction of the new Administration Building of Eurobank, an iconic project located in the historic center of Athens, at the intersection of the streets Omrou and Stadiou.

The project was about the complete reconstruction and energy upgrade of a multi-storey commercial building with a total area of approximately… 4.500 τ.μ., with the aim of transforming it into a modern, sustainable, and high-specification corporate environment.

Result

A modern "green" office building, certified by LEED Gold, combining high aesthetic standards, energy efficiency, and functionality, while making a substantial contribution to the upgrade of the urban environment and the revitalization of Athens city center.
